1. Where a customer of this site had purchased a product or service on this site, and that product or service is not demonstrably the same as the service or product offered by the individual artist, and that product of service cannot be provided by the artist, the customer will be entitled to a full refund of monies paid for that product or service
2. A customer is not entitled to exchange a digital media product or any product whose value is based on intellectual copyright
3. A customer is not entitled to exchange a ticket product
4. A customer is only entitled to a refund on a ticket product where the event in question did not take place as advertised
5. All refunds will be made to the Credit Card number used by the customer to purchase the product or service for which the refund is being sought, unless otherwise specified by the individual artist in their artist specific policy. All refunds will be made in the currency used in the original transaction to purchase the product or service.
6. This policy is subject to the provisions of Irish Law only.
7. Nothing in this policy affects the statutory rights of downloadmusic.ie, Night Blue Fruit Technology Limited, Opportune Media Limited or any artists who makes products or services for sale on downloadmusic.ie.
